Unable to SHH into isilon node from backend

Hi Team,

We have a 20 node cluster and recently we have added 4 new nodes to the cluster. We have added the nodes into management pool. But still we are not able to ssh into the nodes from the backend. Can someone please explain that why we are not able to ssh into the new nodes however we are able to ping it.

    Hi,

    Are they at the same location on the same network as the working ones? Are they the same model devices on the same software version? Let us know if you have any additional questions.

    @Ashyyyy,

    does ssh clustername-17 work (ssh from real backend)? Maybe IP conflict?

    @Ashyyyy,

    Take the new nodes out of mgmt pool and try ping again. if ping is working, then you have IP conflict.
