Dell doesn't list any window 10 Bluetooth driver for your system. However, you might be able to run windows 7 Bluetooth driver with windows 10 Compatibility Mode. Just select the correct windows 7 operating system in link below. Download the Bluetooth driver and save it to your Downloads or Documents. Please click on link below for additional information.

The Windows 7 driver works. You can download it at Dell support.
It will not install by just simply click the .exe file. You must manually install all . INF files and run the inst.exe. you must login as administrator to get it done.
