To be able to use a SIM card you must have a WWAN card installed.
Try checking "Device Manager" to see if you have one installed.

Hi.. I have installed WWAN Card Sierra Wireless EM7455 Qualcomm in my Latitude 7390 and have "No Service" sign.. Both antenna "main" and "aux" connected. The device detected in Device Manager and work correctly.. Can you help me whats wrong with the installation..? Tks.

my laptop is Dell Latitude 7290. there is sim card tray. but it is not working. please give me advice to setup at all.
