Dell e5470 CPU failure
I'm using Dell e5470 for two years. Yesterday my laptop suddenly stops turning on. Amber blinking pattern is 2,1 which indicates cpu failure. But the problem is laptop turns on sometimes and when it doesn't turn on then charging indicator light goes off too (means laptop is not charging even when battery is not fully charged ). I ran ePSA test and result shows everything is fine.Where is the problem and what should i do?

The error code can arise from a faulty CPU or a faulty system board.
Try a reset:
Unplug the system, disconnect the battery from the system board and hold the power button for 30 sec.
Reconnect the battery and see if the system will power up. If the problem recurs, you'll need to replace the system board (the CPU is soldered to the mainboard, so both make up a single unit you'll need to replace).
