Dell e5550 CPU, disk 100% utilization
Hello,
Am an IT admin, i have 2500 + laptops. I have recently received some 200+ Dell E5550 laptops and i have loaded my organization windows 10 approved version 1903 (18362.1016) its includes our organizations security tools too.
But when i see the task manager i can see that CPU, RAM & Dick keeps fluctuates ( Usage is Up and down each seconds) its not constant for minute to identify who utilizing more few our organization tools, system tools also keeps confusing me. am not able to control system. i have many more models like Dell 5470, 5480, 5400, 5490. but i dont see any issues there. why only in this model i can see ? any model issue?
Any suggestions? i have 200 + laptops in same condition

I’d suggest that you optimize and maintain your computer. Please run the fix it tools from the link below to check for issue resolution.
Also, we need to check if the issue is caused due to any application installed on the system. So please clean boot the system using the link below on the system.
