DELL E6220 ( without OS ) the BIOS hangs, and I can start the computer
I bought a DELL e6220 second-hand. The computer does not have any damages, and it worked correctly at the moment of purchase. However, I tried to update Windows 10, and my BIOS crashed.
Now, I have the following problem.
- When I start the computer, I can see that BIOS is loading; however, it hangs all the time ( please see the attachment )
- When I press F2, the Bios tells me that it is "preparing entering setup," but it hangs again and does not enter setup.
- The same situation is with F12. It informs me that it prepares a one-time boot system, but it never achieves it.
I have already done the following things
- I checked my RAM - they work correctly,
- I disconnected the hard drive - but the situation with a hard drive or without it is the same.
- I disconnected for a night CMOS and connected again.
- I did most steps that I could find on online communities.
I have a question what shall I do now? The computer does not have any OS installed. The disk has been formatted.
- Is there any chance to get any recovery tool?
- Where can I get it? Is it for free, or is it paid tool?
- How can I use it if my BIOS hangs constantly?
Thank you in advance for your help and assistance.
