    Welcome to the Dell Community @Goneplumcrazy

    In the BIOS go to:

    System Configuration:

    SATA Operation:

    There you have 4 options:

    Disable:

    ATA:

    AHCI:

    IRRT:

    You may need to try ATA, AHCI or IRRT.

    Enable each one.

    One at a time.

    Save and Exit:

    When the system tries to boot choose a "Normal" boot if it is an option.

    Best regards,

    U2

    I'd suggest you reset BIOS to defaults  by following steps in link below. Hopefully it will make a difference.

    @Goneplumcrazy

    Set the BIOS setting to "AHCI" and reinstall the OS.
