The i7-640M is possible, it has the same "TDP" 35W and uses the "K0 Steppings"

We are English based support, request you to post further queries in English, answering your question with regard to the processor. Latitude 5410 is tested with the following processors. Any other version of processor might not work on this system due to various reasons, which can be hardware, motherboard or PSU specific. Hence we suggest you, check and confirm before any upgrade.
