Which 5320 are you asking about? There's a standard clamshell (5320) with a touchscreen option and a 5320 2-in-1. Only the latter has active pen support.
The 2-in-1 pen is the PN579x.
The clamshell model should work with a standard capacitive stylus, but won't have full pen features (no pressure sensitivity, etc.).
