HI all,

I purchased an external enclosure with graphics card. Followed instalation instructions. I am getting error code 12 

“This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system"

Jf I load into Safe Mode I get no errors.

Did some research which points to a resource conflict.

Went into Device manager to attempt to find the cause.

PCI Slot 1, Bus 6

No problems with either I/O or memory allocations.

IRQ shows the following: Downstream Port Error

Driver OEM5.INF

Dug further and it has been suggested that if I go into BIOS and Reset Configuration Data may work ( BIOS 1.40.1).  Which one to use BIOS Defaults or Factory settings?

Any advice will be gratefully received
