Hello everybody, I’m facing Bluetooth problem with Dell latitude 3490 laptop. In BIOS menu I found Bluetooth option is disable (check attachment). When I checked my System Configuration on Dell support portal, its showing “no Bluetooth driver” (check attachment). I’ve checked this wireless card with another laptop, its working normally.

For your information operating system is Windows 10 64bit.
