Two questions :

1 - Will the xps 13 with ubuntu be available to purchase in France ? And with french layout for the keyboard ?

 2 - If yes to 1, is there some special offer for companies (i.e. startups). For example, decrease the unit price if 20 laptops are ordered ? (Administrations could also be interested: in France now, they must give priority to open-source software products.)

Like the sputnik project is designed for developers, 2 seems to me very important. Companies need also to have a well defined schedule (for questions such as budget) and "the fall" is to vague for me...
