XPS 13 doesn't boot from the GPT partition created by TAILS
Some computers have problems booting from the GPT partitions created by Tails USB Installer.

Could it be the case with XPS 13 also ?
What can I do ?

Have you switched to UEFI (i.e. disabled legacy boot)?
