I recently bought an Alienware 14 and it arrived this week, everything about it is awesome except for the speakers. Half the time they run correctly and the sound quality is great but the other half it sounds as if they're only half working and the quality of the sound is really bad. I can fix this by plugging in headphones and not selecting the headphone option. It fixes the audio quality but I don't want to do this every time. Is there a way to fix it or are my speakers broken? I tried reinstalling the drivers and it hasn't fixed it.
