I have an issue regarding my sound, I am not sure if it is my Alienware Audio though

I am using the Razer Kraken Pro 5.1 headphones and for some reason when I installed the Alienware Audio. My sound is very weird, like it's not normal, Some sounds are high and some sounds are soft, especially when I listen to music or play games. I can't hear people running behind me at all but I can infront of me and when I listen to music, some background instruments are very soft. It makes it sound like the song isn't mastered/mixed properly but it is

Anyone know what I can do to fix it, or is it maybe my Realtek DH Audio Drivers?
