I have an Alienware 17 R3 and I have just got it back in running condition after a long 5 months trying to sort it out.

I have a GTX 1070FE with my graphics amp but in the past every time I tried to plug it in the load time would be really slow and affect the PC badly so I do not want to plug it in now and it to do the same thing again because I would have to reinstall windows and all of my apps and games.
