Enter the BIOS > Boot list option must be on UEFI and Legacy option ROM should be enable. Enter Advance options > SATA Operation: RAID. Hit F10 to save and exit.

Re enter the BIOS > Advance Options > enter the Intel Rapid Storage Technology and select both SSDs (make sure not to select the mechanical drive) > create RAID.

I will tell you what I did......entering in BIOS-BOOT list option must be on UEFI- SECURE BOOT enabled and LOAD LEGACY disabled....after in ADVANCE options- SATA operation in RAID.....F10 and exit.

After restart again in BIOS, in ADVANCE options in INTEL RAPID STORAGE TECHNOLOGY ...I've created raid 0 with two sm961....F10 and exit.

Finally I used a usb bootable from dell and after all I got a quick RAID 0 on windows 10 pro 64bit.
