For the past 3-4 weeks I have been experiencing problems with the Dell Alienware driver download page, the transfer ownership page and the "My Dell Download" page

I've tried different computers, and internet connections to make sure it was'nt me, problems persist each time.

Over the last 5-7 days it has become almost unusable, the ownership transfer page just loops to the beginning, and when you do manage to get towards the end it states an error has occoured and to contact tech support (which I have done several times)

The driver download page displays incorrect drivers, weather you use a service tag or go by model it makes no difference, sometime the drivers disappear or display incorrect/older versions, I've even had the website recommend me to install the A11 Aurora R2 System BIOS on a X51 and a Area 51

 

Can something pleaseeee be done about this, it's very frustrating and ends up being a very large waste of time (1.5 hrs last night to complete 2 ownership transfers) not to mention what sought of damage could be done by installing incorrect or outdate BIOS files and drivers
