FPS drops,Low PC

Hello,Sorry it's google traduction

It's hopeless that I keep coming back to ask for help, I think I get really known on the forum sorry it's not my fault if my pc makes whims.

So I had the curse nvlddmkm.sys with BSOD, Windows messages with "the display driver was unresponsive and was recovered" ... I reinstalled Windows one month ago and do a return to the factory condition which proves that it's not software.

So I changed my graphics card than a year being sure it was she who unblocked:

Downturn of the PC and Windows Error impossible to repair.
Dell Francophone community

.

In the meantime I installed Windows 10 with the new nvidia drivers.

There are 20 minutes he reappears me, more than I'm idle on the desktop as the display driver was unresponsive and was recovered.

I do not understand why.

I also have my PC is slower and I play FPS drops even when the graphics are low.

I am of OCCT, benchmarks nothing abnormal.

In idle, On my voltages on HWMonitor, I'm 15 V instead of +12 and + 3V instead of 5, I checked this with a voltmeter on a molex plug and voltages are 12 and the yellow 5 on red, which we to believe the 2 ?? The probes or the voltmeter?

I do not understand anything anymore.....

Here is a OCCT I am careful there are a lot of links, I'm sorry:

My graphics card 970 a week.

My PSU 1 year

all my fans turn on the PC.

Here are the results with a disk test:

To better assist you, please confirm what is the model name and revision for your Alienware system. Does the BSOD only happen when you are playing games or not necessarily?

    Hello,

Thank you for confirming that information. Try using the latest driver from the Nvidia website and do a clean installation of the driver. Click here for the download link. Also, make sure your system is running the latest Bios firmware. Click here for the Bios download link. Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

Considering the troubleshooting procedures that you have already done, it does appear to be a video card hardware failure. However, we did not validate the Nvidia GTX 970 as a graphics card upgrade option for the Alienware Aurora R4 system, so we cannot confirm if its suppose to run properly with the system.

Do you think it's possible my processor is overheating??

Alienware Arena told me gtx 970 is completely compatible with my pc.

I had the same with my 780 ti and that's for this reason i have changed graphic card.

This appears to be a hardware problem with the video card. The fact that you receive the display driver error and the low FPS in games point to a video card failure. We recommend replacing the video card.

    Hi,

I suppose its possible. Try running a CPU stress test using the Support Assist tool to check how high the CPU temperature goes. If you do not have Support Assist installed in your computer, click here for the download link. Follow the steps below to run the stress test.

    • Download and install Dell Support Assist
    • Open Dell Support Assist
    • Click Checkup
    • Click Scan a Specific Device
    • Click System Devices
    • Select the CPU Stress Test and Run it. This Test will load the CPU and Ram to 100% and test it. It will make enough heat to determine if the processor is overheating or not.

Let us know how it goes.
