M14x Order Delay!?
hoping to hear from a dell or alienware rep about this issue.. i currently had my uncle order a M14x for me.. they told him they can get me the laptop in 3 months!! yes i typed that correctly!. 3 MONTHS to get my m14x. i7 2.0ghz processor 4 gigs of ram .. 500 gb HDD.. 3 gig gt555m 720p lcd. Is this laptop really going to take 3 months just to get it in my hands? hoping to hear from a dell or alienware rep soon :) Wont technology already advance making this laptop old by this time!? i need my laptop for school and want to have it prepared. Its not only going to be my gaming machine but to do all my school work at my new college.

yea i called my uncle again.. he placed the order and the time is 2 weeks till i get my lapmy uncle was joking about the shortage of parts and i should have my laptop soon :) lets hope for no delays :D im very excited to see this laptop :)

I don't know what's going on, but they're really short on parts or something (at least as much as I can speculate) but if they say 3 months, they probably mean 4 :\ I'm just praying my laptop ordered last month arrives on the 10th without another (would be my 3rd) delay!
Anyways good luck, I'd talk to another rep to verify. It seems weird you'd be able to order it at ALL if they're back ordered 3 months.
Maybe the rep was hard to understand? Give em another call
