M17x Alienware Insert Key NumPad
I've beend trying to use the INS key on my NumPad but it doesn't work. I turn num lock on and off while trying to use FN + INS and I get nothing. Jw how i can fix this

Is that the only key that you are having problems with?
Have you tried it in different programs like in Microsoft word or any other?
Are you able to connect an external keyboard just to make sure is not a software issue?
