start up issues
Hi, a few days ago my computer restarted for no reason while I was working. I let it restart, typed my PW , and when it starts loading up it freezes. So after a while I manually restarted it and now I cant get pass the Welcome sign, it just freezes there. I tried starting it in safe mode but when i try to login a blue screen of death appears and it restarts again. After that I tried using F8 to repair startup issues, and nothing. Basically I tried everything before using Alien Respawn to get the computer to factory settings, and even then it freezes while setup is reinstalling my computer, I even left it like that all night to make sure and nothing. I used the debugging mode to see what kind of errors it had and I came on with this:
c:\windows\system32>echo[ErrorHandler.CMD] unatend.cab 1>> c:\MFG\fist\errorHandler.err
c:\windows\system32>echo[ErrorHandler.CMD] unatend.cab 1>> c:\MFG\fist\pkgmgrxl.cab
c:\windows\system32>echo[ErrorHandler.CMD] unatend.cab 1>> c:\MFG\fist\setupdev.cab
c:\windows\system32>echo[ErrorHandler.CMD] unatend.cab 1>> c:\MFG\fist\setupapp.cab
c:\windows\system32>echo[ErrorHandler.CMD] unatend.cab 1>> c:\MFG\fist\pkgmgrlg.cab
c:\windows\system32>echo[ErrorHandler.CMD] unatend.cab 1>> c:\MFG\fist\cbslog.cab
c:\windows\system32>echo[ErrorHandler.CMD] If they arent on your manufacturing media, zip up entire windows\panther directory 1>> c:\MFG\fist\ErrorHandler.err
c:\windows\system32>copy
c:\windows\panther\unatendgc\setupact.log c:\MFG\logs\setupact.log
please Help! I'm not that concerned about my files because I back them up frequently, but this is the computer I work on. Thanks to everyone who posts in advance.

Alienware make several different computers. Specifying the one you have would go a long way to someone being able to assist you.
I'm guessing you have a hardware problem somewhere but at this stage I couldn't say whether it is HDD, MOBO, or RAM related.
