If you mean ePSA (outside Windows), that is bad.
If you mean SupportAssist in Windows ... that is a false-positive ... a long-time glitch in Dell's software. You can ignore it.
If you want to stress test and benchmark your system, I like OCCT, Heaven, and any free FutureMark.Dell Rockstar

This is not a simple answer because you provided little to no information.
The "test" has to do with DOS VESA modes that are not in the Video Bios for UEFI cards.
Since this test also involves Windows version and Java and Browser versions there is quite a bit of information that was not provided.
