amber light
I have a Dell Inspiron AMD Phenom 8450e, that I've kept as a back up , I installed Windows 7 , pulled it out plugged in up and the amber light comes on when powering up, nothing appears on the monitor , what can be done to resolve this issue ?????

AMD Phenom 8450e is not a dell model.
Solid Amber Light is Failed Motherboard.
Blinking Amber Light is Bad Power supply.
Sounds like you have a
Dell Inspiron 546s
