Bios virus

After Installing Fighitng Force form EIDOS the Computer had to be rebooted and now it does not.
It also does not do a bios check or floppy check
hard drives do not spin at all. pressing ctrl-alt-enter
just says "entering bios please wait" but it never goes anywhere after that, Switching the jumper over to bios also does not work.
Cannot boot from a floppy since it never quit gets there.
any suggestions?
is a dell 233 gxa bios version a09

    I know this can happen if a hardware device is fried, I had this happen when my 2nd LPT port went bad. It may be that the installation messed up you hardware settings so bad it can't get past it. Try removing all cards, ports, etc either 1 at a time or take them all out and put them back one at a time.

    Hi,

    The Driver Memory Error is an indicator of the kak.htm worm virus. Make sure your virus definations are up to date and set to scan ALL files.

    I cannot boot the computer it does not get pass the memory check. I cannot get in to the bios either. removing the memory and replacing it also does not work.
