So my problem is the following:
I shut down my computer and unplug it. The next time I plug it in, I press te power button, it turns on the light for less than a second and shuts down. That happens for at least two minutes if I keep pressing it, I have to wait five minutes after I can press the button and then it boots perfectly. I dont know whats going on.

I'd replace the motherboard battery first, if nothing else than to rule it out as causing the problem. It's a CR2032 3-volt lithium coin cell battery, only ~$2 at discount stores.
Here's the Studio 540s service manual which has instructions to replace the battery on page 10.

I think its Studio 540. I havent changed it since i got it (at least 5 years ago).

When was last time you replaced the motherboard battery?
