I just recently reformatted my computer. When I turn it on I don't appear to get the Dell Screen, but the computer shows a black screen with Copyright Information, The Bios Version, Keyboard detected, Mouse detected, etc. Then I have to hit Delete, several times to have the Windows ME screen come up and then the desktop loads. How can I get my computer back to a normal bootup?
