When i start my computer it runs and stops when the Dell logo appears whit the bios version and then the hard drive led turns off and the power led and the fan's  remain on.  without starting windows,   i took off the batery and all the power for 24hrs. And still won't start what can i do.

PD: The Bios indicator bar stops approximately at the 10% the HHD LED turns off
