I own a Dell desktop and laptop. The Dell Corporation hacked my laptop and reconfigured Internet Explorer to be their own. The symptom that revealed this was that my wireless board started failing. I managed to stabilize the connection trying more things that I really know how to do. Does anyone know how to undo the damage. Apparently they tried to do the same thing to my desktop. Suddenly, my wireless card was wiped out - nothing recognizes it. Also, my graphics card dual monitor mode became impossible to use - the flat panel screen and tv both appear as crt terminals. Tech support verified that the wireless card was bad - wouldn't talk to me about the graphics card. The next level tech was supposed to call, but never has and likely never will. Has anyone ever written to the CEO about taking back a lemon and their hacking. Thanks
