Help
Every time I go to chat my screen goes back to desktop, It does not kick me off line, but i have to go back and click on internet explorer.. I have downloaded spybot, and Ad-aware.
Am i missing something ? I just don't know what else to do..

I ran the programs and deleted everything, but I still can go to a chat. and some of my webpages do the same thing?I am lost.. Is my Java missing or something, I Tried to download it from the website and it done the same thing it sent me straight to my desktop.- Go Here and follow the directions to download and run the analysis tool called HijackThis. Generate a log file, then open it and copy and paste the text of the log file in a message in the Virus/Spyware Information and removal forum where a HijackThis expert can offer advice on how to fix the problem:

Did you update and run Spybot and Ad-Aware and let them delete everything they find? Just downloading these programs will do nothing for you.
