I have a Dimension 5100 and have found that my home, end and arrow keys usually don't work. Once in a while they do but mostly not. Dell sent me another keyboard and the same thing happens. I use those keys alot and think that maybe there is a setting I need to change but don't know what it would be. i've checked everything I know and there is nothing wrong with the hardware so i'm wondering if someone here can help me with this problem. I called Dell 2x and wasn't able to get any help either time. I believe this happens most often when I'm emailing and it happens whether the email is the original or a reply. The emails go to various addresses so it's not just one particular one. Thanks for any help you can give me.
