Media Driver fail after Geforce update

Has anybody else had this probelem?
I updated my drivers from the Nvidia Web site and now I got a new hardware in a sub menu of My Sound/Media Control Device in my Device Manager. I got a Nvidia WDM A/V crossbar, Nvidia WDM TV Audio Crossbar, Nvidia WDM TvTurner, and Nvidia WDM Video Capture(Undiversal) devices, but I do not remember installing these. Yes, I did have Dell install a Capture Device and Card in my System in December, but I do not remember installing the Nvidia's. However, the Two Nvidia CrossBars are showing up in the Device Manager as working, but the Nvidia TV tuner and Video Capture devices are Code 10, "Device cannot start". I have tried to remove the devices and reinstall my latest graphic driver, but I do not think that is where the drivers are. Also tried to reboot and let Windows detect the devices I get a failed installation missing an ".IFN" file. I would like to know what is going on with this device. I have other devices with video and audio capture that show that they are working. Why is this being a problem?

Has anybody else checked their system through the Onboard Dell Support that was ship with the system and found their monitor missing or misnamed? I have. Now my system info says my monitor is a "Nvidia WMD T.V. Cross Bar - Nvidia." However, under the device manager my system shows up as Geforce Fx 5200 connected to a Dell 15" Flat Panel Display. Device Manager also says the Monitor is a Dell.
Is this someting I should be worried about?
