No problem. As an afterthought to your modem question below, it seems to me that one of my diagnostic tools fails to recognize the voice modem on my Inspiron portable every time I run it, even though the modem is indeed there and working properly. If you weren't having any error message or modem problems, I'd suggest just ignoring it, but in light of the error mesages you're getting, you might want to have Tech Support walk you through a few diagnostic steps to make sure everything's as it should be.

For future refernce, you don't have to start a whole new thread like this to reply to a post. Just look for "Reply" at the top of the message you're reading/wishing to respond to (upper left, above Subject Title, and below the conference name), and click on that. That way, everything stays together, and people know to what you're referring in your response.
