Last year my laptop was attacked by a virus and rendered almost inoperable.  I have paid for support from dell so I called the published number.  After two days of talking and experimenting with people who do not understand or speak the English language I quit speaking with them.  They hounded me for two days trying to sell me software to fix my problem.  

I gave up on dell support and took my machine to Staples where they fixed all my issues.  my original purchase of my laptop and software include MS Office which Staples reinstalled, however the installation codes did not come with the cd's.  HOW DO I GET THE CODES FROM DELL.  who do I contact.  I need these codes to reinstall office.

i need an email address because I will never again call Pakistan for support.
