I don´t want to disable all integrated audio, i only want to mute the internal speaker while the back connector is plugged with other speakers.

You disable the internal speaker by disconnecting it.  Which model do you have?

Regulatory Model (Mini-Tower): DCSM or DCSM1F

Regulatory Model (Desktop): DCNE or DCNE1F

Regulatory Model (Small Form Factor): DCCY or DCCY1F

Regulatory Model (Ultra Small Form Factor): DCTR or DCTR1F

The Location is near the front in all models.  The Tower looks like this.
