"Pop" During Bootup
Hi all. I get a loud "Pop" in the right speaker during bootup. It occurs several seconds after the Windows splash screen appears.
Any suggestions re how to eliminate this annoyance will be appreciated.

- It is the turtle beach drivers. Dell is working on the problem
but hasn't released a fix yet. They told me the workaround
was to unplug the microphone, and it has worked on my
8200 system. Can't locate the specific answer that they
sent a couple of months ago. Any way, if your microphone
is plugged in, try unplugging it until the machine is completely
booted.

Altec Lansing ADA 995 - This problem is with the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz drivers. I have not seen any posting referring to the Montego sound card drivers.
