Problem with PC

Can anyone help me with whenever I go to turn on my PC, an orange light starts blinking on my "power" button that is on the front of my PC? Is this some kind of Power Save mode, and how can I get it off of this mode? Thanks!

Blinking orange/yellow is a power supply issue.
Please reseat your power supply and try starting again.

    Please follow the directions below.

Power down your machine and unplug the power cord from the tower to the wall.
Then press the power button for 3 seconds to release any flea power.
Remove the systems cover. Plug the system back in and power on.
What exactly is making the noise. Give me as much detail as possible.

OK, I did what you told me to do and everything was working fine until yesterday it started doing the same thing. The power button blinks an orange color, and then a few hours later the computer will finally power on. It does that about every other time I try to turn on my computer.
