Processor upgrade Inspiron 570

is it possible to upgrade my procesor which is a AMd ath(tm) 2 x2 240 2.80ghz

to a amd ath 64 x2 5000+ or a amd ath phenom x4

I just upgraded to a Phenom II x4 945 today. Worked fine (with the newest bios).
