Hi, on my invoice my RAM is shown as 1333MHz DDR3 but in Speccy it's showing as 664.9 - half speed - with a Command Rate of 2T. Do I have 1333Mz Ram or not?

You have to multiple the speed shown in Speccy by 2 to get its actual speed.
