I have just installed new Hard Drive in my PC and now I don't have any sound. Can you help me?

What model PC? What Operating System? What sound card? It does make a difference and we can't give you specific help without it.
But, in most cases if the motherboard chipset drivers were skipped the sound cannot be installed.
