Find a .jpg file on your system someplace, or save the one in your e-mail to a file folder. Navigate to the file, hightlight it, then do a 'Shift - Right Click', i.e., hold down the shift key then right click the mouse. When the menu comes up click on 'Open With'. A list of all your applications will appear. Scroll down the list and highlight the application you want to open .jpg's then click the little box down on the lower left. After that OK out and jpgs will be associated with that application and it will open instead of Acrobat Reader.
