uploading

I am having uploading problems. I will get into an upload for about ten minutes and get a message that the "server cannot be found". This only occurs whenever I try to upload an rm or "real player" upload. Could this be my internet server or a problem with "give me talk" program?

    Dear DavisDavid....Thank you for your quick response and solution to my problem. I did as you suggested and it cured the problem. I was using Internet explorer to upload my programs, but apparently IE wouldn't accept my uploading. I tried uploading using Netscape and it worked fine. Thank you again.
