I am running a Dimension 2400, Windows XP Home Edition.  I recently installed a new HP all in one printer.  Since I installed that, I cannot get my USB port (front) to recognize either device (Lexar jump drive or my Sony flash drive).  However when I turn my printer off, they are recognized.  After calling HP, they said it was a computer problem configuration.  What do I configure and how do I do it?
