USB-serial controller drivers

I cannot seem to find these to download for a dimenson 2350 can anyone please help?

They are included in the chipset drivers.

I've sucessfully installed the chipset drivers and reinstalled but still get this issue

Go into Device Manager and write down, word for word, the exact devices that are shown as problem devices. Post these here.

Have you installed at least SP1 (if not SP2)?

Hi the problem device is:

USB-Serial Controller

Manufacturer unknown

Location 0

The drivers for this device are not installed

(yes all windows updates are up to date)
