Video Card help

i just recently bought a Dimension E310 Series, Intel Pentium 4 Processor 521 (2.80GHz) and 1MB cache and it came with a Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelator 900. i was wondering if i upgraded will this card work for it http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16814139166R if not what card will work for this pc. thank you

    It looks like the card shown in your link is one of the models suggested in the mod's sticky note at the top of the forum page, http://forums.us.dell.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=dim_video&message.id=128185 .  You could search for a more robust card, though.  It depends on your intended uses for your system.  Review that article for more great info on install, etc...
