2 processors? or one processor?

I have a new Dell E1505 w/ a Core2 Duo (T5300).

When I view my device manager, under processors it show 2 of these.  Do I actually have 2 processors or is it really one?

What's the difference between a Core Duo and a Core2 Duo?
Ex:
Intel Core DUO T2350 and a Intel Core 2 Duo T5300?

You have a two-core CPU - dual CPUs on one die. The Core 2 Duo is the second generation dual core processor.

Ok, why does two Core2Duos show up in my processors under Hardware processors?  Is that normal even though I have one die?

It is normal. There are two CPUs in the system.
