I'm french and to begin, I would like to know if I can speak french with you or if I have to practice my english ^^.

I have a problem with my Studio Dell 1747. When I put a disk, I can't take it after. I used the eject keys of my keyboard, I used eject in the workstation and finally, the only solution I found is to push eject key on my keyboard when I start my PC.

Can you explain to me what's the problem and what can I do please?
