Charger not working.
I have a Dell XPS 12, and it is always at zero and if the charger comes out, it turns off. But now when the charger is plugged into an outlet, then i plug it into my XPS 12, the charger light turns off and the charger itself turns off even when its plugged into an outlet. So i cant turn on my XPS 12 cause it always needs to be charged, but now the charger wont work. I use the charger that came with the packaging. And since i cant turn it on, i cant to BIOS or diognostics. Please help me.

Hi Panda869,
Please check with a known good Ac adapter and battery. If the LED on the Ac adapter stays on when connected to a good known wall outlet and goes off once connected to the system, may be both Ac adapter and Motherboard is faulty. You may first try with a known good Ac adapter. If the issue persists even with a known good Ac adapter, even the motherboard may need replacement. Also refer to the link given below:
