D400 Power supply rubber strap snapped!

Hi,

I have a Latitude D400 and the rubber strap that is attached to the power supply has snapped. I was wondering if there was any way to get another one?

I can see on the rubber strap itself the part number: "DP/N 5T339"

    I also have had this problem. Is there any way to buy a new rubber strap for the power unit? Its such a great feature, especially since it is so easily removeable. This leads me to believe that someone thought they would eventually market replacement pieces.
