Dell 1558 multiple issues?

I appear to be having issues with my laptop although I'm not entirely sure what to do about it.

I've had the laptop since May this year and have never overused it, I look after my laptop very well and am computer savvy so I know what I'm doing with it.

I'm a fan of World of Warcraft, and the laptop has had no problems running this game in the past but I have recently gone back to it and the game is unplayable.

I know the laptop is fit enough to run it as it did it successfully back in May through to July. All my other games run fine too.

Someone told me it may be an update I installed for my Graphics drivers but I notice my laptop is starting to heat up very rapidly after only a few minutes of use.

So are my graphics drivers to blame or is this a fault with the laptop that it's overheating so fast? I have played other games when the laptop has been quite warm before and it hasn't affected their performance. I'll repeat I never overuse my laptop.

Should it be overheating this fast? My laptop performance is way down and I've only had it a few months.

Also, whenever I am on the dell site and I ask it to detect my tag, it can never find it. I've also tried manually input my service tag and it tells me it is invalid.

So I have no idea if there are more specific driver downloads for my laptop. Why can't it find my tag?

I badly need help here, I depend on my laptop for work.

Any help is appreciate.
